1. Personalization Form: Kickstart your journey by filling out our detailed personalization form. This form allows us to gather essential information about your skin type, concerns, preferences, and goals, laying the foundation for your customized skincare regimen.

2. 30-Minute Virtual Meeting: Let's connect face-to-face (virtually, of course)! During our 30-minute consultation, we'll dive deeper into your skincare needs and preferences, discussing any specific concerns or questions you may have. This personalized session ensures that we're on the same page every step of the way.

3. Before and After Pictures: Track your progress and celebrate your skincare victories with before and after pictures! We'll capture your skin's journey month by month, allowing you to see the transformative effects of your customized regimen firsthand.

4. Progress Check-ins: Your journey doesn't end after the initial consultation – we're here to support you every step of the way. Every two weeks, you'll fill out a progress form, noting any changes or observations in your skin. These regular check-ins allow us to monitor your progress closely and make any necessary adjustments to your regimen.

Your skincare experience is completely tailored to your unique needs and preferences, ensuring that every step of the journey is all about YOU and your journey to radiant, healthy skin.

We have different options and different levels of customization available to meet your needs and budget! At our initial meeting, we will go over which customized experience you want to continue with!

The booking fee is a deposit for your meeting slot! Don't worry- a portion of this money will go towards your custom package total when you decide which option you would like to pick!

The deposit itself is non-refundable. What does this mean? It means that if you fail to attend your prescheduled meeting slot, if you fail to full fill out your forms and hand them in on time, if you decide to wait on starting your plan until later, or you decide that you no longer want to customize your skincare products or routine, the deposit will not be refunded or credited towards your plan. We understand emergencies happen, rescheduling may be possible with a small convenience fee. We highly recommend only booking your meeting slot, or signing up for the waitlist when you sure you are ready to move forward.

Customization packages start around $50. Prices are dependent on the length of your subscription, the amount of products included in your routine, ingredients used, as well as your level of customization.

We want to make customization accessible to as many people as possible, We also offer discounts that we will discuss during the consult. We have many options to fit every budget!

Full customization spots require a minimum of 3 months commitment.

Customization spots are limited to three (3) new members per month.

It is recommended to join our wait-list if all customized sessions for the month are reserved. Priority is given to wait-list members each month before accepting new spots.
